June Property sales were 39, down -11.4% from 44 in June of 2018 and 2.6% higher than the 38 sales last month. June 2019 sales were at their lowest level compared to June of 2018 and 2017. June YTD sales of 160 are running -21.2% behind last year’s year-to-date sales of 203.

Weston

June Property sales were 12, down -7.7% from 13 in June of 2018 and -20.0% lower than the 15 sales last month. June 2019 sales were at their lowest level compared to June of 2018 and 2017. June YTD sales of 64 are running -3.0% behind last year’s year-to-date sales of 66.
