YTD sales (SF) through August 2021 vs. 2020 were up in Westport (+3.2%), down in Weston (-3.5%), up in Wilton (+24%), Fairfield (+4%), Norwalk (+16.9%), Darien (+19%), New Canaan (+42%), Rowayton (+27%) and Redding (+26%).

YTD average sales price was up in Westport (+21%), Weston (+40%), Wilton (+24%), Fairfield (+18%), Norwalk (+21%), Darien (+18%), New Canaan (+21%), Rowayton (+36%) and Redding (+27%).

Westport

August Property sales were 74, down -29.5% from 105 in August of 2020 and 2.8% higher than the 72 sales last month. August 2021 sales were at a mid level compared to August of 2020 and 2019. August YTD sales of 414 are running 3.2% ahead of last year’s year-to-date sales of 401.

Weston

August Property sales were 20, down -54.5% from 44 in August of 2020 and -23.1% lower than the 26 sales last month. August 2021 sales were at their lowest level compared to August of 2020 and 2019. August YTD sales of 165 are running -3.5% behind last year’s year-to-date sales of 171.
