July Property sales were 69, down -28.1% from 96 in July of 2020 and 6.2% higher than the 65 sales last month. July 2021 sales were at a mid level compared to July of 2020 and 2019. July YTD sales of 337 are running 13.9% ahead of last year’s year-to-date sales of 296.
