YTD average sales price was up in Westport (+32%), Weston (+58%), Wilton (+30%), Fairfield (+11%), Norwalk (+21%), , Darien (+8%), New Canaan (+8.5%), Rowayton (+40%), and Redding (+23%).

Westport

March Property sales were 41, up 28.1% from 32 in March of 2020 and -2.4% lower than the 42 sales last month. March 2021 sales were at their highest level compared to March of 2020 and 2019. March YTD sales of 116 are running 46.8% ahead of last year’s year-to-date sales of 79.
