YTD average sales price was up in Westport (+13%), Weston (+16%), Wilton (+8%), Fairfield (+16%),  Norwalk (+11%), Darien (+.5%), New Canaan (+11%) and Rowayton (+.5%).

Westport

August Property sales were 103, up 114.6% from 48 in August of 2019 and 7.3% higher than the 96 sales last month. August 2020 sales were at their highest level compared to August of 2019 and 2018. August YTD sales of 399 are running 66.3% ahead of last year’s year-to-date sales of 240.

Average sale Price: $1,539,680 (+13%)

Weston

August Property sales were 44, up 120.0% from 20 in August of 2019 and 25.7% higher than the 35 sales last month. August 2020 sales were at their highest level compared to August of 2019 and 2018. August YTD sales of 171 are running 50.0% ahead of last year’s year-to-date sales of 114.

Wilton

August Property sales were 56, up 80.6% from 31 in August of 2019 and -6.7% lower than the 60 sales last month. August 2020 sales were at their highest level compared to August of 2019 and 2018. August YTD sales of 224 are running 34.9% ahead of last year’s year-to-date sales of 166.
