YTD average sales price was up in Westport (+17%), Weston (+13%), Wilton (+14%), Fairfield (+22%), Easton (+3%), Norwalk (+16%), Darien (+8.7%), New Canaan (+13.5%) and Rowayton (+1.8%).

Westport

November Property sales were 44, up 63.0% from 27 in November of 2019 and -24.1% lower than the 58 sales last month. November 2020 sales were at their highest level compared to November of 2019 and 2018. November YTD sales of 569 are running 75.1% ahead of last year’s year-to-date sales of 325.
