YTD sales (SF) through November 2021 vs. 2020 were down in Westport (-8.1%) and Weston (-16.4%), up in Wilton (+0.3%), down in Fairfield (-12.3%), up in Norwalk (+6.8%), down in Darien (-5%), up in New Canaan (+18%), down in Rowayton (-9%) and up in Redding (+3%).
 
YTD average sales price was up in Westport (+15%), Weston (+33%), Wilton (+23%), Fairfield (+12%), Norwalk (+12%), Darien (+11), New Canaan (+19%), Rowayton (+38%) and Redding (+15%).
 

Westport

November Property sales were 33, down -25.0% from 44 in November of 2020 and 3.1% higher than the 32 sales last month. November 2021 sales were at a mid level compared to November of 2020 and 2019. November YTD sales of 523 are running -8.1% behind last year’s year-to-date sales of 569.
 
Average sale price: $1,829,145 (+15%)
 

Weston

November Property sales were 13, down -58.1% from 31 in November of 2020 and -50.0% lower than the 26 sales last month. November 2021 sales were at a mid level compared to November of 2020 and 2019. November YTD sales of 225 are running -16.4% behind last year’s year-to-date sales of 269.
