YTD average sales price was up in Westport (+42%), Weston (+56%) and Wilton (+20%), down in Fairfield (-1%), up in Easton (+43%) and Norwalk (+32%), down in Darien (-1%), up in New Canaan (+8.5%), Rowayton (+59%) and Redding (+1.5%).

Westport

February Property sales were 42, up 68.0% from 25 in February of 2020 and 27.3% higher than the 33 sales last month. February 2021 sales were at their highest level compared to February of 2020 and 2019. February YTD sales of 75 are running 59.6% ahead of last year’s year-to-date sales of 47.
